By Tandaleya Wilder | July 18, 2026

Caitlin Clark delivered one of the biggest performances of the WNBA season and earned recognition as the She Got Game® Player of the Week.

The Indiana Fever guard scored a career-high 45 points and added 10 assists in a 110-107 victory over the Seattle Storm. The performance made Clark the first player in WNBA history to record at least 40 points and 10 assists in the same game.

Her 45 points also set a new Indiana Fever single-game scoring record, adding another major milestone to a career already filled with historic numbers.

A Record-Setting Night for Caitlin Clark

Clark was efficient throughout the game, shooting 11-of-18 from the field, including 6-of-10 from three-point range, while going 17-of-19 at the free-throw line. She also finished with four steals and two blocks.

Indiana needed every bit of that production.

After Seattle tied the game late, Clark hit a three-pointer that gave the Fever a 105-102 lead, then made four free throws in the closing seconds to help seal the win.

Another WNBA Milestone

Clark’s historic night included another achievement: she became the fastest player in WNBA history to reach 200 career three-pointers, reaching the mark in just 74 games.

The performance was also her first 40-point game in the WNBA and reinforced her reputation as one of the league’s most dangerous scorers and playmakers.

For the Fever, the win pushed their record to 15-10 and gave Indiana another important victory in a competitive WNBA season.
